  • As branding is at the heart of everything I do, firstly, I need to get to know you and your business. Because a brand is more than just looks.

    For one-off design projects, we start with an intro call so that I can get the full run-down of your requirements. From there, I provide a quote and we discuss the timeline. If you’re happy with what’s been proposed, I take a deposit payment and lock you into my schedule - then work can begin!

    Design subscription clients are offered a retainer agreement outlining the scope of work and costings. Once signed, work will commence on the 1st day of the following month. A minimum of 3 months commitment is required for this service.

  • Yes. I am happy to discuss your particular financial situation and if we can make it work with an agreed plan, I will accommodate this.

  • Absolutely! I mainly work remotely, so I am well-equipped for this style of work.

    I can organise Google Meet video calls and can accommodate most international time zones.

    Please note: I only take Paypal payments for international clients.

  • As an integrated studio, I tackle most creative services that your business should need along its operational journey, from early development, launch and on-going support.

  • Yes. We offer brand packages where all of your final files will be optimised for both digital and print use.

  • If this is part of your project requirements, then, absolutely!

    I typically create templates in Canva and Google Suite, allowing you to have control over your assets and supporting consistency.

  • Brand Design takes into account the bigger picture surrounding a business - the personality, values and positioning. With this in mind, an identity is crafted to capture the brand, helping it to be memorable.

    Graphic Design focusses on the execution of visuals for communication purposes.

  • Absolutely! Rebrands are my specialty.

    I like to treat each project individually as no two businesses and their needs are the same. Firstly, I’d organise an intro call with you to discuss your current challenges. From there we can plan the right course of action to achieve your goals, whether that be a an audit, a lighter refresh or full scale rebrand.

  • In short, no.

    As a Brand Specialist, my job is to story tell your business through creative visuals and words. A logo, simply won’t cut it if you plan on succeeding and growing your business.

    My Kick-Start package offers the visual foundations to start your business - this includes a logo, along with fonts, a colour palette and a distinctive visual style and system that supports it all. You can find out more about this service by getting in touch here.

  • Included in each brand package is 1 round of revision and feedback.

    Additional rounds are charged by the hour and added to your final invoice.

  • Yes. Strategy is what ensures that a design solution is aligned and intentionally created - it’s the pairing of your brands DNA with visual design, to tell your story.

    The level of strategic planning and input varies from scope to scope but all of my projects use The Distinctive Blueprint to guide them. This is a 5 step process that helps me develop a brand that feels like you.

  • Yes. I offer a Design Subscription service, which acts much the same as a monthly retainer.

    Prices for this start at $700/PM + GST

  • Project timelines can vary depending on the scope and deliverables involved but typically a brand project takes around 4-8 weeks.

  • I sure do! It’s the best way for you to get a snapshot and overview of your new brand assets.

  • You receive the following formats with every brand package:

    Digital use: SVG & PNG

    Print use: EPS & PDF

    All of this information is laid out in your off boarding documentation.

Websites

  • You’ll need to have secured a domain name suitable for your business, in addition to a Squarespace subscription.

    As a Squarespace Circle Member, I have access to a 20% discount on your first membership payment.

    It also helps if you have the content (images and words) that you’d like to go on the site too!

  • Yes. This can be added to your website design service. I collaborate closely with an SEO Specialist who I work alongside during the website build.

  • A website requires images and words to come to life - this forms the content of your site.

    I can work with you to source imagery or can use any owned imagery you have. Typically, if we have worked together on the brand identity, I will develop some brand messaging and a one-liner to get you started.
